Course bookings and payments are processed by Eventbrite, who collect and handle your payment information under their own terms.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Who we share it with

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Enrolment & courses

• Course places are booked and paid for via Eventbrite and are subject to availability. A place is only confirmed once payment is received.
• Course dates, venues, faculty and content may change; we will give reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Courses are professional education for registered dental practitioners. CPD hours are provided where stated.

Conduct

We ask all attendees to act professionally and respectfully toward faculty, staff and other delegates. We reserve the right to decline or remove attendance for conduct that disrupts a course.

Intellectual property

All course materials, content and resources are the intellectual property of Exceptional Dental Academy and are provided for your personal professional use only. They may not be reproduced, shared or resold without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our courses provide education and training. Clinical decisions and patient outcomes remain the professional responsibility of the treating practitioner. To the extent permitted by law, EDA is not liable for any loss arising from the application of course content in practice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Refund & Cancellation

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms for course bookings are:

• More than 30 days before the course: full refund.
• 15–30 days before the course: 50% refund, or transfer your place to a future cohort (subject to availability).
• Within 14 days of the course: non-refundable, though you may transfer your place to another dentist.

To cancel or transfer, contact us as early as possible using the details below. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Eventbrite.
